This is the story of a Bride named Summer. Her mission: to have the BEST "morning of" wedding ever! She starts out with being silly with her best friends by jumping on the bed, having a silly string fight and an awesome brunch (where she dresses up in a fun party dress), then a bit of playful action at the ceremony site… And this is how the morning of Summer's wedding played out..... let the pictures tell you the rest:

Life is full of awesome connections, I just posted this afternoon about this subject.  It's so cool to be part of meeting a (funny+awesome) co-worker… photographing their wedding… then capturing them as a family when their firstborn comes along.  There's really no words to describe the feeling.  I'm honored to capture Sweet baby Macy and look forward to watching her grow throughout the years :)  

Yosemite National Park Wedding > California

3 years ago I was standing on a granite foundation at Glacier Point in Yosemite National Park with My dear friend Valen as she devoted her life and love to her fiancé, Noah Keefer.  It was a day I will NEVER forget, it was one of the most beautiful days I have ever lived.  I was SO HONORED to be the only person there to witness their vows, photograph it, be the maid of honor, the best man, the chauffeur, and DJ.   Valen and I  already had a family connection that was kind of crazy…. little did I know that just a few short years later she would become my very own sister-n-law and Noah would become my brother-n-law.  That's right, I married Noah's brother, Kermit.  :)   If it wasn't for Valen, I would have never met my best friend and husband.  I am so thankful for the connections and surprises in life. Today I reminisce on how our paths crossed wishing Noah and Valen a Happy Happy Happy third anniversary!
